• Rote-to-Reading Mastery: Implement a step-by-step sequence (Pre-reading, Pitch, Rhythm, Melody) to build independent musicianship.
• Conducting Pedagogy: Discover why “there are no advanced fundamentals” and how to refine your gesture to improve ensemble response (“Conducticizing”).
• Rehearsal Strategy: Learn how to utilize harmonic sequences for purposeful programming and “Transfer Learning” to make rehearsals more efficient.
• Inclusive Teaching: Gain insights into supporting neurodivergence in the choral classroom and building a strong ensemble identity (“Finding the U in ChorUs”).
