Planning an Event for a Student Organization?
Here are the appropriate steps to secure a student organization event to the VanderCook Calendar.
Talk to your faculty advisor and make sure they have approved the event. They will need to confirm responsibility for the event before booking. Once you have the name, date, time, and desired location of your event, please fill out the following form:

Be prepared to provide a brief description of your event to add to the VanderCook Google calendar. You will receive an email confirmation of your event once the appropriate admin approves it and the space is available.
Everyday Room Reservations
You do not need to fill out a form for everyday non-event room reservations, such as a rehearsal, meeting space, and so on. Please see Ms. Andrade-Zuniga for these requests.
