General Education Structure

The framework for VanderCook’s General Education curriculum is guided by the Illinois Articulation Initiative General Education Guidelines.  Within this framework, the following five course areas are represented; Communications, Humanities and Fine Arts, Mathematics, Physical and Life Science, and Social and Behavioral Science.  VanderCook’s comprehensive general education coursework is outlined below.
