VanderCook’s music news returns! The newly christened VanderGram will be published bi-weekly and will feature the same coverage of recent and upcoming concerts and events; recent work, performances and accomplishments of faculty, staff, students and alumni; and interesting bits of music history.

This weekend’s A Night at the Pops! benefit concert dazzled and delighted a lively crowd at VanderCook’s 3125 building. This year’s theme, “Viva VanderCook!” featured festive performances by the Symphonic Band, Concert Choir, Philharmonic Orchestra, Jazz and Percussion Ensembles, and the debut of Mariachi VanderCook. Even the stellar photos can't capture the evening's excitement (though they come mighty close). Videos coming soon!
Angela Presutti Korbitz performed a selection of opera arias along with other members of Sinfonietta Bel Canto at Le Jardin in Catigny on March 23. Upcoming performances by the ensemble can be found here.
