Michele Mohica is an accomplished accounting professional with nearly three decades of experience in nonprofit social service organizations. She has demonstrated expertise in leading financial operations through complex organizational changes, including system conversions, mergers, and acquisitions, while ensuring strong internal controls and operational continuity.

Michele provides strategic oversight of comprehensive financial functions and plays a key role in advancing organizational objectives through effective financial management and process improvement. Her areas of expertise include budget development and management, audit preparation, strategic planning, and financial forecasting.

She has directed all facets of general accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, month- and year-end close processes, and the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial stewardship in support of mission-driven organizations.
