ONLINE:
September 23December 15, 2019

This class will examine and evaluate the teaching methods, leadership traits, and program development ideas shared by nationally known directors based on readings found in The Conductors Companion by Gary Stith. Blending together wisdom and guidance from experienced teachers with practical ways to apply the concepts studied, participants will be required to do weekly readings and written reflections, as well as several long term projects based on the units of study (musicianship, conducting, engagement, program development).
