The "Real Deal" with DTL & Band

The "Real Deal" with DTL & Band

June 7August 1, 2021

Summer 2021 session has been canceled.
Please check back for new dates.

This course will cover the emerging world of digital teaching and learning (DTL) and band. Due to our changing educational landscape, band directors have been thrust into the position of pivoting to fully digital and hybrid teaching models. Although the nature of the performing ensemble class presents challenges in the virtual world, there are methods, procedures, and resources that can make the learning process meaningful and enjoyable for band students. This course will help us all better navigate the world of DTL as band directors.
