Overview

This course will explore some of the many scoring situations possible for woodwinds and brass in small ensembles as well as for full band. Effective instrument ranges and colors will be explored. Online video interaction class sessions will be held every Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm CDT. Attendance and participation in class is expected. Students will be writing each week. All project submissions, grading and returns will be done electronically.
This course is limited to 10 students.
*Students enrolled in the MMEd degree program at VanderCook may register for this course at the 500-level through the student portal. Please contact Dean Sinclair at [email protected] if academic advising is needed.
