Please allow up to two business days for a response. We will try to answer your question as soon as possible. Send email.

if you need extra help, a reference interview with the librarian is recommended. To schedule a reference interview, send email to the Music Librarian. Be sure to include a list of times you are available.

Online Authentication Service

Ruppel Library now uses an authentication service called OpenAthens to provide access to our online content.  This eliminates the need to maintain multiple username/password combinations to access various resources.  New students will receive an email from OpenAthens each semester inviting them to set up their account.  If you have any trouble setting up your account, please notify the librarian and your account will be reset.

Borrowing From Other Libraries

Inter-Library Loan

Ruppel Library patrons may borrow materials from libraries around the country through Inter-Library loans.  The WorldCat tool provides full search capabilities from this pool of library resources.  Requests may be submitted within the WorldCat link, or a citation may be mailed to the librarian who will then determine the quickest way to access the item in question.  Items can include books, audio CDs, journal articles, and more.  You can read more about that in the following link:
