This course will demonstrate how to address musical concepts and music literacy through singing games and movement activities that engage students. Using teaching methods such as body percussion with poetry, Orff with children’s literature, and movement with listening selections, students will learn how to choose children’s literature selections that connect to the musical concepts they teach.
