About VanderCook College of Music

VanderCook College of Music has its origins in 1909 and is an independent, private, not-for-profit, fully accredited institution. VanderCook is the only college in the nation solely devoted to music education. VanderCook offers the Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Music Education degrees. In 2009, VanderCook was selected as one of the Chronicle of Higher Education’s Great Colleges to Work For program. The college is located three miles south of the loop on the campus of the Illinois Institute of Technology at 3140 South Federal Street, Chicago, IL 60616.

Admissions Recruiter & Alumni Liaison (posted 8/1/17)

VanderCook College of Music is looking to fill one or more part-time positions to assist with recruiting students and engaging alumni. The position is flexible and could fulfill between 10-30 hours a week on- or off-campus, including some evenings or weekends. Candidates should demonstrate a positive and energetic disposition, self-initiative, and appreciation for VanderCook's mission. Please see the job description for additional details.
